The NGO Platform Human Rights Switzerland has submitted a report to the UN Human Rights Council for Switzerland’s fourth review cycle (Universal Periodic Review). Switzerland’s review will take place at the 42nd session of the UN Human Rights Council at the end of January.
The report focuses on the (lack of) protection against discrimination for particularly vulnerable groups - such as migrants, asylum-seekers, people on the run, LGBTQIA+ persons, children, victims of trafficking and stateless persons.
