Hands-on training in asylum law for (future) practitioners
The AsyLex Academy... ...was originally designed for AsyLex volunteers to gain a basic understanding of the Swiss asylum procedure and to stay up to date with the latest case law. Due to the high interest in participating at the AsyLex Academy, we now offer the AsyLex Academy to people beyond our volunteers! If you are a student, professional or NGO representative who wishes to enhance their understanding of asylum law, the AsyLex Academy is now open to you.
Participation The AsyLex Academy takes place four times a year and contains both basic and advanced modules. The language of the materials and presentations are mainly in English; however, specific modules could also be held in German / French. Should you attend all four modules, you will receive the AsyLex Certificate confirming your participation. You can, however, also attend only a single AsyLex Academy module.

If you are interested in joining us, please send an email to operations@asylex.ch indicating your personal information as well as the AsyLex Academy event(s) you would like to participate in. The number of participants is restricted. Participation is only guaranteed upon payment of the participation fee.
Fees Participation in all four AsyLex Academy modules incl. AsyLex Certificate: CHF 600.- CHF 300.- for students/NGOs Participation in a single AsyLex Academy module: CHF 150.- CHF 75.- for students/NGOs
